Two Heron Ventures Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the BeLooped mobile application (the “Service”).
Statement of Intent
We wish to provide a privacy friendly, responsible Service for our users. We use as little of your information as we can to maintain your account but allow you to enter a wide variety of information depending on how you use the Service. We are respectful of your privacy and do not use the content you provide in any manner that we believe you, our users, would find objectionable. Nor do we sell your information, or access to it.

Personal Information Collection, Use, Disclosure and Consent
BeLooped uses a primary email address as an account identifier for the Service and otherwise collects user content, including Personal Information regarding you, your friends, family and other associates that are voluntarily provided by you or entered by a group’s manager, for the purpose of the Service: communication and information sharing with members of a group, within the context of the group.
Personal Information may include your picture(s), name(s), email address(es), date of birth, home and/or business address(es), phone number(s), marital status, education, employment information, medical information, or other information stored in your address book (and used with your permission) or manually entered into the application.
We are committed to providing our clients, customers, and members (“you”, “your” or “them”) with exceptional service. Providing exceptional service may involve the collection, use and, at times, the disclosure of your Personal Information. Protecting your Personal Information is one of our highest priorities. We respect your privacy and safeguard all Personal Information. We strive to provide exceptional service to you and to comply with all laws regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. We will inform you of why and how we collect, use and disclose Personal Information; obtain your consent, as required; and handle Personal Information according to applicable law. Our privacy commitment includes ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Information and allowing you to request access to, and correction of, your personal information.

We will not sell your Personal Information to other parties. We retain your Personal Information for the time necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate and complete but the nature of the Service is such that you and/or your group manager control your Personal Information and may view and/or correct it yourself. Nevertheless, you may request correction to your Personal Information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. A request must be in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify your Personal Information and the correction being sought.
We are committed to ensuring the security of your Personal Information and may use passwords, encryption, firewalls, restricted employee access or other methods, at our discretion. We will use appropriate security measures when destroying your Personal Information such as shredding documents or deleting electronically stored information, at our discretion.
Log Data
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and other statistics (“Log Data”).
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance With Laws
As set out above, and for clarity, we will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Transparency
To date, there have been no warrants, searches or seizures that have been requested or fulfilled.

Business Transaction
If Two Heron Ventures Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer information, including Personal Information, to Amazon Web Services and process it there, which makes it subject to US law governing data protection and access.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children and young adults is especially important. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information on the Service from persons under 13 years of age or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction (Minor). If you are a Minor, then please do not use the Service at any time or in any manner.
If we learn that Personal Information of a Minor has been collected on the Service, then we may deactivate the account if the group manager cannot provide verification of parental consent.
Please, think of the children! If you are managing groups that include Minors take steps to ensure verifiable parental consent, maintain the privacy and security of group information, and manage the group responsibly.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Minor has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, and you are unwilling to provide that consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from Minors without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers as soon as possible. Such a notification must be in writing and provide sufficient detail to prove your authority over the Minor and identify the Minor’s Personal Information.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
