Almost everyone belongs in one group, and that’s their family.
Family can be further organized into as many as 7+ groups including your immediate family, 2 groups of parents, siblings, spouses, and children, and 4 more that add grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins from earlier generations.
To avoid family members nominating relatives that are either too distant or unrelated to most other members, use the 7-group guide to keep all contacts relevant and organized.
Tip: It’s a good idea to name these groups carefully, to avoid confusion. Example: “Decendants of Gertie and Willian Jones”, or “G & W Jones Clan”
Often Children and Elderly family members do not own a mobile device or the BeLooped application.
These people can still be part of the group as Private or Visible members (managed by other people) for contact reference.
Use the News tab to draw everyone’s attention to important events like birthdays, weddings, reunion plans, etc.
